It was pretty good but not quite as good as Rons. My steak was cooked perfectly and the egg yolk sauce remains heavenly even after all of these years. Chef did not do any tricks like often are done at teppanaki restaurants. I do have to admit that it was good especially if you are a fan of hibachi. Does anyone know a tried and true recipe of this famous sauce from this Chicago area restaurant. Combine all ingredients except the oil in a mixing bowl or blender.
